AMA OESTE

Muito mais que criar campanhas, criamos conexões e fortalecemos marcas através do branding. Unimos estratégia, empatia e comunicação para mostrar que, juntos, podemos tornar projetos locais em cases que possam inspirar além das fronteiras.

A AMA Oeste é a Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Autistas de Chapecó e Região, uma organização que acolhe, orienta e luta pelos direitos de pessoas autistas e suas famílias.

Nosso estúdio se uniu a eles para desenvolver um projeto que visa valorizar os voluntários que já fazem parte da AMA os incentivando a permanecerem firmes nessa causa tão essencial e ainda, atrair novas pessoas voluntárias para a causa.

Para mobilizar e engajar ainda mais os voluntários, criamos a Liga dos Heróis AMA Oeste, uma equipe dividida em esquadrões, liderada por figuras fortes e diversas. A Liga funciona por meio de um sistema gamificado, que valoriza cada passo da jornada de quem doa seu tempo por uma causa social.

Todos começam como Iniciantes, mas, com o tempo e dedicação, podem evoluir para Protetores, depois Guardiões, alcançar o posto de Embaixadores e, por fim, tornar-se um Herói Lendário — alguém que se tornou inspiração e ajuda a guiar outros voluntários com seu exemplo e liderança.

Nessa jornada, nossos heróis se destacam: o Super Voluntário e a Super Líder tomam a frente dos projetos, contando sempre com o apoio essencial do Super Criativo, do Super Tech e dos irmãos: o Super Cientista e o Super Educador.
Juntos, convidam todas as pessoas a doarem um pouco das suas habilidades por quem mais precisa e, de quebra, descobrirem uma comunidade que acredita no poder de fazer o bem.

Nosso trabalho foi pensado para gerar conexão, mostrar a importância da associação e tornar mais visível a força da rede de apoio que a sustenta. O projeto já está sendo implantado e ganhando apoio por parte dos voluntários.

Much more than creating campaigns, we create connections and strengthen brands through branding. We combine strategy, empathy, and communication to show that, together, we can turn local projects into success stories that inspire beyond borders.

AMA Oeste is the Association of Parents and Friends of Autistic People of Chapecó and its surrounding region, an organization that welcomes, supports, and fights for the rights of autistic individuals and their families.

Our studio partnered with them to develop a project aimed at recognizing the volunteers who are already part of AMA, encouraging them to stay committed to this essential cause, while also attracting new volunteers to join the mission.

To mobilize and further engage volunteers, we created the AMA Oeste Heroes League, a team divided into squads, led by strong and diverse characters. The League operates through a gamified system that values every step of the journey of those who donate their time to a social cause.

Everyone starts as a Beginner, but with time and dedication, they can evolve into a Protector, then a Guardian, reach the level of Ambassador, and finally become a Legendary Hero — someone who becomes an inspiration and helps guide other volunteers through their example and leadership.

On this journey, our heroes stand out: the Super Volunteer and the Super Leader take the lead on projects, always supported by the Super Creative, the Super Tech, and the siblings: the Super Scientist and the Super Educator.

Together, they invite everyone to share a bit of their skills for those who need it most — and in doing so, discover a community that believes in the power of doing good.

Our work was designed to create connections, highlight the importance of the association, and make the strength of the support network that sustains it more visible. The project is already being implemented and receiving support from volunteers.
